"Columbia jounalist and blogger David Axe has been traveling to the world's most violent conflict zones since 2005. Axe's reporting has been on many media outlets and national publications, including C_SPAN and MSNBC. His 2010 graphic novel, "War is Boring", was featured in the 'Rolling Stone' Hot List. Nickelodeon Theatre to host the 2012 Indie Grits (film) Festival

The Nickelodeon Theatre is calling for submissions for their 2012 Indie Grits Film Festival to be held on April 20th through the 29th. They're looking for "...edgy, DIY film and video from across the Southeast" (http://www.nickelodeon.org/programs/).
